Build a life that's actually yours.
I've spent my career leading in high-stakes environments and my personal life navigating a late ADHD diagnosis — so I know how easy it is to build a life that looks right on paper but doesn't fit. My coaching helps you understand what's really driving your choices, uncover what matters most to you and shape a path forward that's aligned, intentional and sustainable.
Who I work with
- People going through divorce or separation and working out what comes next
- Anyone in a career transition, whether they chose it or not
- People living with chronic illness or pain, building a life that works around it
- Anyone carrying something hard at home — a difficult marriage, or a child who is struggling
- People whose confidence has taken a knock and not come back
- Anyone who knows what they need to do and wants someone to hold them to it
- Founders and small business owners building something largely on their own

How it works
We start with weekly sessions for ten weeks, then move to monthly once things have traction. Sessions are online, so we work around your diary rather than your postcode. Between sessions you will usually be trying something out — the change tends to happen in the gaps, not in the conversation.
From £130 per session.
“Working with Georgia has been nothing short of transformational. I came to her feeling overwhelmed, facing some decisions on the next move. From our very first session, she created a space where I felt seen, understood and never judged. Her coaching didn't just give me strategies and support but helped me to recognise the benefits of my own styles and traits. It helped me understand myself. She helped me recognise my strengths and hold myself accountable for decisions that would work in a busy brain.
What makes Georgia different is her presence. She listens deeply, asks the kind of questions that shift something inside you and guides you to insights you didn't know you were capable of. I've gone from feeling stuck and reactive to feeling grounded, confident and genuinely excited about my future.
This coaching hasn't just improved my productivity, it's changed how I see myself.”

Frequently asked questions
What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a partnership focused on where you are now and where you want to go next. You set the agenda. My job is to help you think clearly, notice what's really driving your choices and turn that into action you will actually take.
Unlike advice, coaching doesn't assume I know your answers better than you do.
How is life coaching different from therapy?
Therapy generally works with the past: healing what happened and understanding why. Coaching works with the present and the future: clarifying what you want and building the habits and skills to get there.
The distinction matters practically. If what's in your way is unresolved trauma, grief or a mental health condition, therapy is the right support and a good coach will say so. Coaching can sit alongside that work, but it doesn't replace it.
Do I need to have a problem to justify coaching?
No. Plenty of people arrive with a life that looks entirely fine from the outside and a quiet sense that it doesn't quite fit. That is a legitimate reason to start.
Coaching is as useful for "this is good, but is it mine?" as it is for "something has gone wrong".
How is this different from talking to a good friend?
A friend has a stake in your answer. They know your history, they are fond of the version of you they are used to and they will usually reassure you.
I have no stake in what you decide. That means I can ask the question your friends are too kind to ask and hold you to something you said you would do six weeks ago.
What do we actually work on in sessions?
Whatever you bring, but the recurring themes tend to be:
- Confidence and self-trust
- Decision-making when all the options look reasonable
- Boundaries and what you agree to without meaning to
- Getting on with the things you keep not getting on with
- Working out what actually matters to you, rather than what should
Do I have to know what I want before we start?
No. "I don't know what I want" is one of the most common starting points and it is often the first thing we work on. Clarity is usually an outcome of coaching rather than a prerequisite for it.
Will you tell me what to do?
No. I ask questions, reflect back what I notice and occasionally challenge you. Advice from someone who has lived a different life rarely survives contact with yours.
Where I do bring something is structure, including the VIA character strengths profile, so we build on what you are already good at rather than trying to patch what you are not.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What you say stays between us, with clear agreements in place from the start.
How will I know if it's working?
You will usually feel it before you can measure it. Decisions get easier, you hesitate less and you stop relitigating the same choice. Over time it shows up on the outside too, in the things you had been putting off getting done.
If it isn't working, I would rather you said so early so we can change the approach.
What does it cost?
Prices start at £130 per session. Sessions are online and booked after a free discovery call, so you can work out whether it's right for you before committing to anything.
